British eyewear brand SunGod have unveiled their first ever performance sunglasses designed especially for runners – the Ultras.
With a frameless ultra-lightweight construction, industry leading 8KO® nylon lens technology with 100% UV protection and constructed from 100% recycled material, the Ultras provide runners with ultimate comfort and protection as well as SunGod’s Lifetime Guarantee on all glasses.
Whether they’re exploring the trails or pounding the streets, runners can expect uncompromising form and function with their Ultras. The frameless construction, combined with industry-leading 8KO® nylon lens technology with 100% UV protection, offers an uninterrupted view of the path ahead.
The super-light design weighs in at 26g, and an all-new arm construction – made from SunGod’s existing, ultra-durable Adventureproof® frame material – gives runners the stability and bounce-free comfort to tackle any terrain.
The Ultras are also available with the brand’s Infinite frame material, which features the same ultra-durable characteristics as their regular frames, but sourced and manufactured from 100% recycled material.
The SunGod Ultras offer a superior fit for comfort and confidence on every run. EarSocks and Nose Pads are made from the brand’s Grip-Lock hydrophilic rubber material, and a choice of four Nose Pads comes as standard to ensure each runner finds their perfect fit. This intelligent material at the three key contact points means the more the runner sweats, the more the Ultras hold in place.
As with all SunGod products, the Ultras are fully customisable at no extra cost, with a choice of Frame, Icon, EarSock and Lens options – including two Iris photochromic lenses, which react to changing light conditions – generating thousands of combinations so runners can create their own unique style.
