Here are four new trail running shoes from The North Face featuring the brand’s updated VECTIV 3.0 construction.
The line-up consists of the Summit VECTIV Pro 3, the Summit VECTIV Sky 2, the VECTIV Infinite 3 and VECTIV Enduris 4.
Version three of the VECTIV ‘propulsion technology’ sees updated DREAM midsoles and redesigned SURFACE CTRL™ outsoles as you can see in the graphic below.

Summit VECTIV™ Pro 3
Only available in this colour – White Ash-Sulphur Spring Green
The North Face says these Summit VECTIV Pro 3 shoes are the ‘ultimate for ultra-distance trail-racing’. These have a dual-stacked VECTIV plate system, along with the brand’s super-high rebound DREAM foam. Price: £225 (€250). Buy from here.
Summit VECTIV™ Sky 2
Only available in this one colour – White Ash-Sulphur Spring Green
The Summit VECTIV Sky 2 is the lightest trail-racing shoe in the VECTIV line-up. It has a carbon-fibre propulsion plate along the full length of the shoe. It also features a DREAM nitrogen-TPU midsole and a SURFACE CTRL high-traction outsole. Price: £180 (€200). Buy from here.
VECTIV™ Infinite 3
Colour here is Glacier Grey-Sulphur Spring Green. Also in Winslor Blue-Hero Blue
