If you find yourself in London from 7 March until 13 March, why not drop in for a pie adventure?
The chefs at Hunter 486 have come up with some new flavours especially for British Pie Week from 7 March until 13 March.
The pie menu is priced at £19 for two courses or £21 for three courses and will boast seasonal fillings encased in fresh, crisp pastry.
Delights on offer include: Ham hock pie with piccalilli; Hunter fish pie; as well as the much-loved British classic; Chicken, mushroom and tarragon pie.
Dessert will follow suit, with apple and rhubarb pie accompanied by fresh vanilla custard.
Hunter 486 is named after the 1950s dialing code for the Marylebone area and the decor has an air of English heritage combined with the contemporary.
There are leather booths, blown glass chandeliers and statement artwork, plus an adjoining chic Salon de Champagne bar.
The kitchen is delightfully open plan and airy, allowing guests to watch the chefs at work amongst the gleaming selection of copper pots and pans suspended from the ceiling.
Light streams through the large windows, treating guests to a charming view of the neighbourhood mews, and come the evening, the softly lit restaurant is an intimate and romantic setting for dinner and drinks.
