The Tschuggen Hotel (pictured right and looks like ship’s sails) has built an igloo restaurant among its grounds in the breathtaking mountain scenery of Arosa, Switzerland.
It has been built by a professional igloo-maker and has an ice bar inside and space for twenty diners.
There’s a fixed three-course menu: the speciality Salsiz (air-dried sausage) and then a choice of traditional Swiss cheese fondues – classic, or refined with champagne or truffles, ending with baked apples for dessert.
